The Cyber Lassie project aims to resurrect and fix the old Spy Bot system as a CPE 542 (Advanced Real-time Embedded Systems) class project. The team is starting by evaluating the current components and their capabilities before moving on to implementing the tracking software. It’s base functionality is to track and follow an individual using OpenCV based software. A possible set of stretch goals are implementing sound recognition for commands such as stay and fetch as well as using the computer vision to track a ball and actually play fetch in some manner.

This is what the Spy Bot currently looks like.
